REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Because the items we sell are mostly intimate apparel, we cannot just accept any returns. Refunds and exchanges are made on a per-case basis and are generally issued when the item is defective, not as described, or is the incorrect size. Refunds will be given when the item in question is received back to us unless an exception is made. Please email to email@example.com before sending ANY return or exchange items so that we can better assist you.
Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. If we receive your return and it appears to be worn, soiled, or damaged in any way that is not obviously a factory defect, the item will be returned to you and the cost of the item cannot be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience but this is a health and safety matter.
